Exercise 1: Single-leg Squat - 10 reps per set x 3 sets daily

  • Keep your back straight and place one foot behind you on a chair
  • Stand on the other foot
  • Slowly squat down

  • Extend your left hand outward, then lean forward

  • Get into a plank position

  • Hold a water bottle in each hand
  • Lift your hips and slightly bend your body
  • Lift your elbows backward 20 times
